Anemone Oostvriesland (b. 1991, Amsterdam) is Assistant Director and Project Manager Education & Outreach, which – as she says herself – is a golden combination. Anemone graduated in Theatre Education in 2015 at ArtEZ in Arnhem. During her studies she focused mainly on the theater-making aspect including a number of extra work placements and internships. For example, she assisted Floris van Delft in the PeerGroup production of Circus in Veen (2014), was education researcher at MAAS theatre and dance, and performed in Erf (2015) by Schweigman&.

After graduating, Anemone taught theatre for several years full-time at various (youth theatre) schools in North and South Holland. Besides assisting Boukje Schweigman in various productions she has also spent the last couple of years setting up Schweigman& education department.

“The performances I’ve seen and experienced to date have all been quite different. But most of all, my heart goes to For The Time Being and ERF.
